2025 Ski & Board Sale Raffle

  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

  2. 2. 50/50

    BC Gaming Event Licence #165817

    3 for $10.00; 900 tickets
    10 for $20.00; 4500 tickets
    50 for $50.00; 5000 tickets
    150 for $100.00; 4500 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

    Maximum 50/50 payout will be $10,000.00.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: November 16, 2025 at 4:00:00 p.m. PST

    Draw
    50/50 draw: November 16, 2025 at 5:00:00 p.m. PST

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at Ag Rec Centre, 32470 Haida Dr, Abbotsford, BC V2T 5A6

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://canadianskipatrolgvz.rafflenexus.com/winners on November 16, 2025.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Canadian Ski Patrol - Greater Vancouver Zone.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Canadian Ski Patrol - Greater Vancouver Zone or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    Canadian Ski Patrol - Greater Vancouver Zone does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  6. 6. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: financemanager@skipatrolvancouver.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  7. 7. Delay in Draw

    Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

  8. 8. Other

    Please email our team at financemanager@skipatrolvancouver.com should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

Cause

The Canadian Ski Patrol (CSP) is a not-for-profit organization that offers first aid and safety services at local ski hills and community events.

As an organization, we have two fundamental goals:

→ To promote safety and injury prevention

→ To provide the highest possible standards of education, certification, and delivery of first aid and rescue services to the outdoor sporting industry.

Locally, we are a group of over 130 patrollers, first-aiders, and associate members. We offer our patrolling and first aid services to: Manning Park Resort, Sasquatch Mountain Resort, Mt. Seymour and Cypress Mountain.

During the summer months, we offer our services to community events, mountain bike racing, trail running races, and more!
